Admin Executive

    Job scope
  • Responsible in invoice verification, documentation and tracking prior to submission to Finance department.
  • Assist in day to day staff personal matters i.e. claim, punch card and overtime submission.
  • Assist in monthly report submission for respective site.
  • Maintain and update record that relates to site and headquarters on periodically basis i.e. staff record, site record, etc.
  • Prepare the late comer's submission form prior to submission to Human Resources Department.
  • Manage in placing order for Headquarters and site office supply.
  • Provide secretarial support in taking monthly minutes of meeting.
  • Responsible of travel and accommodation arrangements for superior and department staff.
  • Responsible of an office administration i.e. memorandum, notification, letters etc.
  • Responsible of the filling room, control and record of the correspondence.
  • Responsible on inquiries, complaint, feedback, facility booking from department & client.
  • Participate in company events.
  • All other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time by the superior and/or company.

  • Qualification
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Possess good communication, writing skills and computer literate.
  • Outgoing personality and enjoy meeting people, Innovative and team player, Dedicated and passionate.
